Our first order of business for this primary bedroom renovation was capturing the incredible scenery outside as the original space was entirely without a water view.

By borrowing space from a two-story library, we were able to relocate the bedroom to the view side of the home and completely reimagine the architecture with a beautiful new window framing the water beyond.

Adjacent to the bedroom, we created a cozy lounge with custom shelving designed specifically for our client’s cherished collection of heirloom books. Velvet swivel chairs allow the view to be enjoyed from every angle.

The entire space leans into our client’s California sensibility - relaxed, collected, and effortlessly luxurious.
