Somewhere hidden in this field of beauty is the man behind it all. A man full of knowledge yet always eager to learn. A teacher, a student, a farmer, a friend. Larry is one of the special ones. His childlike wonder and love of flowers has helped me fall in love with them all over again. In a new way. Watching his dahlia field take off this year was unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

We spent the evening marveling over every gem in the patch, each one better than the last. We cut what we could before the frost tonight and want to share them with you all.

Stop in tomorrow for free flowers with any purchase. (Remember we have our storefront closing sale! The store is FULL of goodies.)

We’ll also be petaling it forward handing out bouquets in the neighborhood to anyone we see. Be on the lookout!
