Just one of those tiny moments that makes growing flowers feel like magic. 🐝🌸

Fresh-cut blooms from the garden, tucked into mason jars and headed out into the world. Somehow it feels even sweeter knowing the pollinators enjoyed them first.

Grown slowly, gathered by hand, and always with a little bit of garden magic. 💐

There’s something about walking into the garden and realizing that all of this started as tiny seeds in my hands. 🌱

Every season I learn a little more. What wants to grow here, what doesn’t, which flowers surprise me, which ones I swear I’ll plant twice as many of next year. And somehow, little by little, the garden keeps becoming more beautiful than I imagined it.

These are the flowers that eventually make their way into our bouquets, Bloom Bars, events, and onto your kitchen tables. Grown slowly, cut by hand, and never quite the same twice.

I think that’s what I love most about growing flowers. You can plan the garden all you want, but nature always gets the final say. 💐

Bodhi Tree Gardens is growing, and I’ve officially reached the point where I can’t be everywhere at once. 🥹🌸

I’m looking for a reliable, outgoing person (or two!) to help represent BTG at some of our upcoming markets, pop-ups, and events. Think loading up, setting up our pretty little space, chatting with customers, selling all the garden-grown goodness, and packing everything back up at the end.

If you love flowers, herbal goodness, markets, meeting new people, and don’t mind a little organized chaos, I’d love to hear from you. 💕

This would be part-time/event-based paid work, mostly weekends and evenings around Connecticut.

Interested? Send me a DM and tell me a little about yourself! 🌷

See you out there!

As we enter Virgo season, with the full moon lighting up the sky, it feels like the perfect time to come back to the rhythms that have always been there. To reflect, release, and remember that everything in nature moves through seasons and phases.

We are deeply connected to the moon and her cycles. There are seasons for growing, seasons for releasing, seasons for resting, and seasons when everything finally comes back into the light.

My very first tattoo was the phases of the moon running down my spine because even then, I needed the reminder that nothing stays the same forever. Life can get really, really hard. There are moments when you can’t see what’s coming next or imagine how things could possibly change. But you keep going. Because they do change.

The moon disappears into darkness and becomes full again. And so do we.

We are not meant to be stagnant. We shed. We soften. We begin again. We become versions of ourselves we couldn’t have imagined in the darker seasons.

So tonight, under the full moon, I’m making a cup of our Full Moon Blend, reflecting on what has changed, releasing what I don’t want to carry into this next season, and making space for what’s coming.

Here’s to another season of becoming and trusting that no matter what phase you’re in, it’s only a phase. 🌕🌿

A little behind the scenes from the apothecary today 🌿 Making a fresh batch of our Headache Salve, thoughtfully blended with botanicals and essential oils for a cooling, soothing ritual whenever you need a little extra comfort.

Simply massage a small amount onto your temples, forehead, or back of the neck when you’re feeling tense or need a moment to reset. It’s one of those little jars you’ll want to keep in your purse, nightstand, or medicine cabinet so it’s always within reach.

Small batch, hand poured, and made slowly at Bodhi Tree Gardens. From plants to product, this is what we love most. 🤍

Perimenopause deserves its own herbal ritual.

Meet the herbs I’m blending with this season of womanhood in mind:

Red Clover — phytoestrogen-rich + traditionally used during menopause
Raspberry Leaf — traditional women’s reproductive + menstrual support
Passionflower — relaxation + winding down
Lemon Balm — calm + digestive support
Chamomile — relaxation + restful evenings
Peppermint — digestive support + a naturally cooling cup
Hibiscus — antioxidant-rich + tart, fruity goodness
Rose — traditionally used for emotional support + a beautiful floral finish

A cup created for the changing seasons of womanhood.

Something new is brewing at Bodhi Tree Gardens.
