I just want to take a minute to share something that’s been on my heart lately. ❤️
I truly, genuinely LOVE what I do.
I don’t think I could ever fully explain how much joy it brings me to walk into someone’s home or business , help them tackle a space that’s been weighing on them, and know that when I leave, a little bit of that weight is going to be lifted.
One thing I’ve learned doing this work is that clutter is so much more than just stuff. It can be overwhelming. It can cause stress and anxiety, and sometimes it gets to a point where people don’t even know where to begin.
I’ve had people reach out to me feeling embarrassed, apologizing for their homes before I’ve even stepped through the door. Sometimes they feel ashamed that things have gotten to that point, and I wish I could make every single one of them understand that there is absolutely no judgment coming from me.
Life happens. We get busy. We get overwhelmed. Sometimes we’re just trying to keep up with everything life throws at us, and our homes are the last thing we have the energy to tackle.
And that’s okay. ❤️
When I walk into your home, I’m not looking at what you haven’t done. I’m looking at what I CAN do to help you.
I always want to do my work with a happy heart, and I mean that. Whether I’m cleaning, decluttering, organizing a closet, or tackling a room that’s been overwhelming someone for years, I genuinely enjoy the process. But even more than that, I love knowing what it means for the person I’m helping.
Sometimes it’s not really about having a clean house or an organized closet. It’s about being able to breathe a little easier in your own home. It’s about having one less thing on your mind. It’s about being able to enjoy your space again.
And knowing that I get to play even a small part in that is one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done.
I feel incredibly blessed and grateful that I get to do work that I love while making someone else’s life a little easier.
So, if you’ve been thinking about reaching out but you’ve been too embarrassed, please don’t be. You don’t have to clean before I come. You don’t have to explain how things got that way. And you certainly don’t have to apologize to me.
You just have to let me help. ❤️
Thank you to every single person who has trusted me with their home, their space, and sometimes even the things they’ve been struggling with behind closed doors. It means more to me than you know.
