We’re still building our custom picture frames for art in Athens, Georgia! We frame canvases, prints, photographs, and make shadow boxes or display boxes. Hand built by a master woodworker and designed with thoughtful intention, we create pieces that will withstand the test of time. Being online lately seems more surreal than ever, with all the AI slop and bots. It’s refreshing to retreat to our studio and build art frames by hand, an analog profession in a digital world.

Fun fact I actually stole this piece of artwork because I insisted on protecting its integrity. We brought it back framed just in time for a party, so I guess you could say we pulled off a pretty great heist. 💨🖼️ farmers, what’s the most fun piece you’ve ever framed??

The butts left the shop today and I have to admit it was sad to see the whimsy leave with them. Just a reminder that you’re an adult and you can frame literally anything you want and enjoy it in your home!
We have and will continue to frame any iteration of 🍑🍈🍈 and whatever else you want ✌️🤣

This razor thin walnut float frame left the shop recently on an incredible piece by . We wanted to let the artwork speak for itself and this frame did just that, with an interesting grain pattern on the side wall. Also, super exciting that we were able to figure out our design for pre-framed canvases! Keep your eyes peeled for those 👀

Great news!! Fabrication team is out of the sling and back in the shop. It’s been a rough past couple of weeks around here. If you’ve been thinking about getting something framed, we’d love to build it for ya and get back on track. ☺️

Fabrication team is having a bit of a setback currently, and the design team is not authorized to operate tools and machinery. (If he wanted some time off, he could’ve just taken it instead of throwing himself down a set of stairs 🤷🏻‍♀️)
But we are hoping for good news next week and hoping to be back in the shop soon and start building frames again. Yes, it is scary being a self employed woodworker and not being able to work, but what can you do? I was hoping to have both businesses thriving by now, but life has other plans. At this point I know worrying helps nothing, so at least there’s that. Ben took some extra time to walk in the woods and saw some amazing wildlife, so in lieu of frames, here is some other (more interesting) content. Maybe we’ll become influencers? 💅
