This beautiful Mid-Century french provincial style slipper chair got so much more than new fabric. ❤️

I completely restored this chair from the bones up, stripping away the old upholstery and worn-out materials, rebuilding and replacing what was needed underneath, and completely reupholstering it in this gorgeous soft sage fabric.

I also stripped and re-stained the exposed wood in a rich, darker finish, which I think made such a difference! 😍 The contrast between the dark wood and the soft sage upholstery really highlights those beautiful French Provincial curves.

And of course, that tufted back had to come back! ❤️

Projects like this are exactly why I love upholstery. Underneath worn fabric and decades-old padding can be a beautifully built piece of furniture just waiting for another chance.

This wasn’t just a recover—it was a true restoration. From the bones up. 🪑✨

Have an old chair tucked away that you’ve thought about getting rid of? Don’t count it out just yet! Send me a few pictures. You might be surprised by what it can become. ❤️

I love how these bench seat cushions turned out! And the buffalo check fabric was a perfect choice that my client chose! It coordinated perfect with her bar stools!

What a transformation! This beautiful vintage chair came to me with a badly torn green seat, but I knew it still had so much character left in it.

Instead of covering up everything that made the chair special, I kept that gorgeous vintage green and gave the seat a whole new personality with this beautiful chenille embroidered floral and bird fabric.

I absolutely LOVE how it turned out—the new seat complements the original green perfectly and gives this old chair such a warm, charming look.

Sometimes it only takes the right fabric to completely bring a piece back to life. ❤️

These chairs went from a bold floral print that had served its time to a rich deep teal blue that completely transformed the look of the room. Seeing them in her bedroom perfectly complementing the fireplace and décor, is exactly why I love what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a piece of furniture become the centerpiece of a space again instead of ending up in a landfill.

Before you send it to the curb… let’s talk.

Some of the most beautiful pieces I’ve worked on looked beyond saving when they first came through my shop.
This is an 1800’s Eastlake parlor chair that most people would have thought was passed restoring and opted to throw in the dump. Just look how beautiful this transformation turned out😱😍❤️
Thank you Becky Holt for for bringing me this chair to restore for you and trusting me with the process! It looks beautiful in your dining room❤️

Oh my goodness, I just have to give a big shoutout to my sweet repeat clients, and share this one! 🥰❤️

I had the pleasure of making all new custom cushion covers for this beautiful vintage wicker furniture at their lake house, and I absolutely LOVE how everything turned out!! 😍 The fabric they chose looks so good with the wicker, and that gorgeous lake view in the background just makes it even better!

I made the cushions for the loveseat, both chairs, and both ottomans, and seeing everything all together in its space makes my heart so happy. 🥰 There is just something about taking furniture that is already loved and giving it a fresh new look that I will never get tired of.

A huge thank you to my wonderful clients, Don and Debra for trusting me with another project! Your continued support of my small business means more to me than you know. I truly appreciate every single person who trusts me with their furniture and allows me to keep doing what I love. ❤️

And I have to say… I wouldn’t mind working with that lake view every day! 😍

🌟 Client Shout-Out! 🌟

A huge thank you to my wonderful client Debra for trusting me with this beautiful rocking chair transformation! ❤️

This chair went from a tired, dated look to a fresh, timeless piece featuring a soft ivory finish and classic blue-and-white striped upholstery. Every detail was carefully considered—from the custom seat cushion and tufted back cushion to the coordinating fabric on the seat deck and piping.

Projects like this are why I love what I do. There’s something so rewarding about taking a piece with good bones and giving it a whole new life while preserving its character and charm.

Thank you Debra for supporting my small business and allowing me to be part of your home’s story. I hope you enjoy this chair for many years to come!
