Playing catch up on sharing the spaces we have created this year. Murphys nursery was a labor of love. Matt worked very hard to turn one large bonus room into two rooms, one being an office+guest room and the other being Murphy’s room. By the time the construction was done, I had very little energy as I was carrying another macrosomic baby and also dealing with polyhydramnios and contractions every night for weeks. Somehow I got some paint on the walls and hung the artwork. It wasn’t until after Murphy was born and a few months later, I was able to get a few longer naps out of him and put up this knock off Schumacher wallpaper. We still have some construction to complete on the space and I have plans to color drench the room, but love how cozy and calm this space is for our wild Murphy.
