Wow! What a powerful statement. Have you done your yet?! And no we’re not talking about organizing that one closet in your house you’ve been meaning to get to.

Every so often it is imperative that we check in and ask ourselves “What isn’t serving me anymore?” 🤔

This can come in many forms. Sometimes we form habits that no longer serve us. We form attachments that no longer serve us. We hold on to negative thoughts that no longer serve us.
