Here’s a rainy day at our home. I make sure my outdoor rugs are always exposed to the elements.

Living with my rugs helps me make sure I am selling a great rug. Some may call it silly. I call it a family business. Going the extra mile. Putting our heart and soul into it.

Living with my rugs helps me see how they age over time. What happens when the kids take their dirty cleats off on them, or when someone spills a glass of juice. Or when we move homes. Its what helps us always improve our product.

A DAY IN A FAMILY BUSINESS !

Today my 12 year old decided he was going to help me sell rugs. 😀
A little reward promise also helped spur him to help. So today after school he pulled me to help him make his first ad video.

I think he's already counting his millions 🥳

But at the same time, he learnt a lot about rugs. I think this is what makes family businesses different from corporate firms.

I wonder how my Dad played games with me to teach me 🤔
