To honor the evening, our team prepared a thoughtful Middle Eastern menu featuring traditional Palestinian style dishes, a seasonal summer salad, and a memorable olive oil cake crafted by our amazing pastry Chef.

We had the absolute honor of celebrating a special graduate with a custom designed culinary experience.

Outside, guests soaked up the beach vibes at our custom built tiki “Sunset Station” featuring fresh, made to order fish tacos, vibrant ceviche, and crisp crudités.

Inside, we transported everyone to Italy with a traditional, comforting spread of tenderloin alla norma, traditional rigatoni marinara, pistachio pesto pasta, stuffed artichokes, and a beautiful citrus wheel salad.

The grand finale was a stunning, custom Lemon Blueberry Cake crafted by our incredible pastry chef.

Huge congratulations to the graduate! Thank you for letting us bring your dream menu to life.

It was a joy to craft the menu for this stunning engagement celebration!

Our bartender kept the energy high with handmade craft cocktails and a signature drink tailored just for the night, perfectly complementing a lush artisan grazing station.

The celebration continued with a vibrant buffet featuring Grilled Prime Tenderloin Alla Norma, Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes Chicken Ballotine.

For a grand finale, guests enjoyed a dessert trio of individual mini crème brûlées, a rich three layer chocolate cake made by our amazing pastry chef and incredible strawberry dulce de leche pavlovas from our friends at

We recently had the pleasure of bringing a sweet, strawberry inspired vision to life for a very special first celebration. A “Berry First Birthday” for the books 🍓🐣

Our team curated a seamless culinary journey, beginning with traditional Venezuelan favorites like our golden, handcrafted tequeños and crispy mini empanadas.

The experience continued with interactive live stations, one where our pizza chef tossed fresh pies to order, served alongside our signature house special Caesar salad, and our second station featured a chef mending the grill to serve fresh, made to order sliders with an array of fresh toppings

To finish the afternoon on a high note, our pastry chef designed a gourmet dessert spread featuring a custom made strawberry Tres Leches with lush berry layers, delicate caramelized fruit tarts, and whimsical berry filled cones.

The atmosphere was transformed into a floral dream by the incredible , whose artistry perfectly captured the essence of the theme. 🌸

We had the pleasure of catering a private getaway this week, and the menu did not disappoint!

We took advantage of the perfect weather to grill on site, but the real showstopper was our “Gentleman’s Board”, think fresh Peruvian ceviche and savory bites designed for the sophisticated palate.

Our pastry chef stole the show with individual Crème Brûlées, while our breakfast bar and cold press immunity shots ensured everyone started their day refreshed and ready.
