SHRIMP VEGGIE BOWL! 🍤🥕🥬

Ingredients:
- Grape Tomatoes
- Baby Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Lettuce
- Half a can of chickpeas
- Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Instructions:
- Drizzle some olive oil on the chickpeas and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix together and air fry at 400 for 12 mins.
- Peel shrimp and drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and a good amount of Trader Joe’s citrusy garlic seasoning. Mix together and cook them in olive oil on the stove for like 2.5 mins per side.
- In a bowl, add chopped lettuce, cucumber slices, carrot slices, air fried chickpeas, and cooked shrimp. Drizzle dressing and ENJOY!
