Lanilla has been a really fun roller coaster ride to say the least!

There are so many things you learn about yourself as an entrepreneur that you truly thought you had figured out.

By now, I expected to quit my 9-5 and let Lanilla take that spot, amongst other business ventures I’m currently taking.

Needless to say, Covid got in the way of those plans soooo bad! And as mad as I was that it put a dent in my plans for my future, it also made me start to think outside the box I had placed myself in!

I learned that timing is everything! When it comes to shipments, products, photos, posts, and so much more, if you aren’t planning, you are already NOT doing business right.

Every time I did plan something and saw it crash, I realized after the fact how I planned too late, or just in the nick of time, instead of really setting the time aside to take care of the responsibilities I have made for myself! (No one told me to start a business so yes, I made this bed alllll by myself).

This journey is not close to what it looked like 2-3 years ago, but the experiences along the way are setting me up to make 2022 my best business year yet!

Through every up and every down, I’m learning to stay grateful for the path I’m on. The only competition I truly see out here is what I accomplished yesterday and how I’ll go harder today 🔆
