I’m back!!!! I am booking for 2026 and have a few virtual Dec 2025 appointments left. Sorry I disappeared on you, but my mom and I got two different cancers. Kinda crazy. Thankfully, we are doing well. I am so glad I own a business that allowed me to take break to be with family. But, it is time we get back to designing rooms and organizing your life. $100 Teen Room weekend “make” over. Problem - 14 year old has too much product to fit on her skinny make up desk. Solution - to the rescue with the Lack Shelf. Very easy to put together and comes in 3 colors. It can sit on the floor or hang depending on your floor boards. Use anchor bolts to secure it into the wall not included. Bigger spaces can flank the mirror for double the shelves. Let your teen chose how she wants to organize it on the shelves, so the chances of her keeping it up are higher. Swipe for the before. We use in a lot of our client’s homes. I have them in my kitchen, and now I have them in my basement. helps hang these guys with ease. This is a reminder to go get your family photos taken, print them, and hang them. If you are local call cause she is the best for family photos.

Most of you know I am a Realtor with and every May we have what is called Red Day where we give back to the community. We partnered with to design a teen room from a dusty storage space. One of our precious families in our office lost their Sophie daughter to illness this year, and we were honored to dedicate this room to her. Now the teens in this community have an age appropriate space to hang. It was a great day to have a ♥️♥️ day.

My third kiddo is artsy, loves Harry Potter, purple and tie dyed. She might be my hardest client yet. We moved here 6 months ago and put two twin beds in here. It was messy crowded and never felt like she loved it. So, we took one out, added $5 dollar spot colored vinyl and moved some stuff around. We used her own art for the walls to tone down the very bright white. hanging chair is her favorite and she swings in it everyday. I have used cart a few times and this houses everything she needs to get ready each day and she can roll it around the room. Mirror, frames and pillows are . Bedding is . The best pet is now she has more room she will be able to quickly clean it up each day. Less is always more.

New couch who dis? On Wednesdays we wear pink. I have wanted this couch for a long time. I saved an Instagram post of it in my phone and finally ordered it right after Christmas. She is as good as I imagined. I think she is going to like it here. has tons of colors and fabrics to choose from. As my 7 wing in the Ennegram would say, you only live once - so order the pink couch. What is the once thing you want for your house, but you are too afraid to order?

Don’t tell the girls, but boys’ rooms are my favorite. This room was a birthday present for a 14 year old. We had already done his brother’s room in navy, so we gave him black as his main color. He was gifted this bed and we designed everything around it. bedding and for desks and rug and for all the rest. We had take photos of his 🏈⚾️ equipment for a personalized touch over his bed. Which since I have known this kid since he was one even made me tear up. This room is on the smaller side, so we opted for sconces instead of lamps to free up the side shelf space. I love how it looks at night. Don’t sleep on Walmart for bedding this season they have really stepped up their game especially for boys. Swipe ➡️ for the before. I only take 2-3 total whole room make overs a month, so let me know if you are thinking of changing up your rooms this year.

This Boho Teen Room was a Christmas present for a repeat client’s tween. She wanted Boho and that shiplap wall gone. Well, she got Boho and we convinced her that painting the wall would be worth it. New spindle bed from bedding from pillows, accessories from our bff rug from which ties it all together. This hanging chair is chef’s kiss. Client built the shelf above the bed. Shelves like this allow us to update her decor as she grows without making permanent decisions. I help you chose paint and furniture that can grow with your kiddo, and then we spend less on the theme. That way if we need to swap things in a few years the main items are still in style. The two heavy prints are being hung and we have one last hanging plant to purchase for it to be complete. Dresser is that they got for a steal at a resale shop. Pottery lamps, textured prints and pillows, and cozy fabrics really warmed up this space.
