Initial custom design developed by Claire de Rosset including all
aspects of infrastructure, hardscape, irr

igation, plant materials,
and lighting. As well as these additional basic services:
Confirmation of all costs, materials and timeframe for installation
Turn-key subcontractor selection, job management, billing
Custom design to complement your home and lifestyle
Complete installation, including warranty for replacement on plant material
Long-term garden maintenance service to protect and maximize initial installation
investment
Optional evolving, incremental garden design refinements as required by client or
changing outdoor environment

Maintenance
Many new landscape design contracts are installation-only jobs and often designers and landscape contractors do not take responsibility for the long-term care or success of their installations. Rather, Up the Garden Path prefers maintaining the gardens it installs, and because of this long-term commitment to service, makes careful selection and installation choices to ensure the long-term health and viability of all new garden installations. In addition, Up the Garden Path is pleased to take on gardens after installation by
other landscape contractors, with an emphasis on helping clients ensure the initial
investment is protected, or properly improved, for long-term success. Emphasis on continuing health and beauty of landscaping installation with option for incremental evolution of design over time Regular on-site visits for plant material maintenance (trimming,training, and fertilizing)
