Carpet should be vacuumed often having the be**er bar set so that it just agitates the tufts and not aggravate them.

Many times I have ran into the situation where people move into a new home, and the flooring that the previous home owners had installed (in order to sell the house), becomes problematic, for 1 reason or another.

I gladly transfer the installation warranties to the new home owner, so if you're selling a house, and need to upgrade the flooring with carpet or lvp or whatever, your buyer can have peace of mind knowing that that is one issue they won't have to worry about.
