The Corning glass museum! If you’ve never been , what an amazing place !
I was there when I was a teen , didn’t appreciate it as much as I do now , especially being in the antique biz!

There is glass in there from the BC time period it is the largest glass museum in the world .

Kurt (the dude) and I recently took a buying trip to Carlisle PA for the Crazy Lamp Lady ‘s first antique festival .
We go there frequently for car shows and love that town . It’s really sweet with great architecture and they take care to make it charming.
Here’s some views and pictures of things at the festival (and required food pics) and we were lucky, there was an antique show, mostly glass, going on across the street too !
My best find , a sampler from 1692 from Nuremberg Germany . More on that later .

Yay! I haven’t been here since I was a teen and have been wanting to get back !
We go past this all the time driving from Carlisle PA to WNY but the kids never wanted to stop.
Happy Mother’s Day to me !
