Don’t let your flooring installers butt a new floor up to the walls and door jams. This leaves exposed gaps all over the place and looks horrible.

We take time and pride to reverberate the thickness of the flooring and v***r barrier off of all door casings and jams to slide the new flooring underneath for a SUPER clean look!

Talk about a challenge! Whatever adhesive this installer used years ago—WOW, it’s holding on for dear life!

We were brought in to remove and replace the flooring in this first-level home, but this engineered wood flooring wasn’t going down without a fight.

• Hand scraping? Nope.
• Smaller rental machines? Not a chance.

So, we called in the big guns—a 2,400-pound ride-on industrial floor scraper! (For context, a Volkswagen Jetta weighs around 2,900 pounds—this machine is no joke 💪🏼).

It’s not every day our interior renovations require such heavy-duty machinery, but this beast is making quick work of even the toughest adhesive.

Recently we ran into this at Floor and Decor and had to engage management for (QTY: 6) 12” x 12” tiles that had to be replaced after install. *These tiles were all purchased at the same time*. Critical for clients to understand this is possible.
