photographed one of my projects this summer, and I am giddy revisiting these design details that she captured so beautifully with her camera. I love spending time in this home with the owners who were dear friends before they became clients. The home reflects the family’s creativity and warmth, hospitality and open hearted living. I’m so honored that they trusted me and brought me along on their home building journey. Long time supporter and friend asked for design help for her daughter’s room many moons ago. I was cleaning up my cloud storage tonight and stumbled upon these pre-pandemic designs I compiled for her then middle schooler. Next month her daughter heads to college for Freshman year 😭 . I think the designs are still fresh and fun even if the only idea .runyan adopted was the book nook. Which one would your middle school self have chosen? I think I lean preppy rebel.
