“Rising Tide” is my latest experiment in sculpting twisted forms. Created from majestic Colorado pine with a burnt oak base and many coats of Halcyon, a high-gloss marine varnish from TotalBoat that truly highlights the grain. Part of the Metro Montage juried exhibit of national artists opening tonight at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art. This will be my TWENTIETH year being selected for this iconic Atlanta-based art showing. The show runs through Sep 13.
