Hubs got up this morning saying that slow cooker pot roast with carrots and potatoes sounded good. Yep. It sounded good to me too. So, I ran to Aldi without makeup and just finished browning the meat and assembling it all in our crockpot. Whew! I’m tired. Good thing I won’t have to cook anything for dinner tonight! Here is the recipe from Cooking Classy. Looks good! 😋
