This dining space went from heavy and dated to warm, layered, and inviting with a much softer, more timeless feel. We updated the window treatments and dark finishes, brought in full length drapery, updated lighting, refined furnishings, and organic textures to let the architecture and natural light shine.

From builder grade to beautifully elevated ✨

This primary bathroom transformation completely changed the feel of the space while still working within the existing footprint. We replaced the oversized built-in tub with a sculptural freestanding tub, layered in warm wood cabinetry, soft tonal tile, and polished brass finishes to create a space that feels timeless, calming, and luxurious.

The end result is light, airy, and spa like... proof that thoughtful details and intentional materials can redefine a room without redefining the space.

Marshall's Cove, a local project, is complete! This primary sitting room kicks off the tour with a beautiful transitional space created for lounging, reading, and playing guitar. So fresh & so clean!

Updates to this primary suite included adding hardwood flooring, painting, updating millwork, lighting and paint. And of course, new furnishings!
