Current data now classifies Atlanta as a buyer’s market, meaning buyers have more choices and more negotiating power. Redfin estimates there were 88.3% more sellers than buyers in Atlanta in July.
That doesn’t mean homes aren’t selling.
It means buyers can afford to be more selective.
