With Alcove Aesthetics, this was not about full design from the ground up. They already had a strong sense of what they wanted, and I was happy to step in to help source products, research options, support the timeline, and fine-tune the details along the way. Good design support is not always about taking over — sometimes it is simply about helping a vision come together with clarity and confidence.

Always a pleasure to take a few weeks in creating Christmas for our clients and their families. So much fun to deck halls and bring in some Christmas cheer.

This year we had the pleasure of having a local carpenter ( Dillion Mohundro ) create a beautiful sleigh for our clients. It turned out amazing. One of the many fun things to do during this time of year.

People seem to forget that Home Staging is not a luxury but a necessity. Can someone explain the reason why folks would rather lower pricing than bring in experts to prepare the home to sell properly. Staging is a marketing tool it’s a way to prepare a home to look it’s best. Do you want to lower prices or invest approx 1-3% of the price of the home selling price. This is a no brainer. Wanting to sell for top dollar. Then expect to pay experts $$ to prepare your home. Come on folks take the time before you list it. Repair, clean possibly paint or replace. And most importantly stage the home properly. The days of everything flying off the market are now over. No more days of 50 offers on a “As is” property. It’s going to take at the very least a consultation with a professional to put together the list of what has to be done in order to receive top dollar.
