Basic consultation
After walking through your home, we’ll give you a detailed list of “do it yourself” improvements you can make to put your home at the top of a potential buyer’s list. We’ll share all the tips you’ll need to make your property stand out in today’s market to help you sell your home FAST. Half day staging using your belongings
We’ll spend 4 hours in your home, rearranging what you already have to make your home look its very best. We ask that you provide us with a designated space, (garage, basement, storage pod, etc.) to place any items or furniture that we won’t be using for staging. Remember, staging is all about making your home look spacious and inviting, which often means removing oversized furniture, outdated treatments and personal memorabilia. Don’t worry, you can put them all in your NEW home before you know it! NOTE: We may need to bring in additional items to make your home look its best. Items can be rented on a month to month basis with a one month minimum. Costs vary depending upon the items needed. We’ll give you an estimate of rental fees before we bring in any additional items. Full day staging using your belongings
This includes the same as half day staging, but we spend a full 8 hour day making your home look great. Vacant staging
We’ll deliver and arrange furniture, rugs, lighting, bed and bathroom linens, accessories, and artwork. We can stage every single room or we can stage key rooms, usually the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom and bath. In general, vacant staging costs can range from as little as $2000 to over $7000 for 2 months, depending on the size of the home and the owner’s budget. While that may sound like a lot, remember that staging is about getting your house noticed and sold.
