Here’s the plan! … and the catch 😬 1) Layout will stay pretty much the same, but I might look into getting an L shaped couch! 2) I’m going to *attempt* to build an easel that the frame tv can mount to! That way it’ll look like art in the corner of the room during parties, but can roll over in front of the fireplace when I’m ready to watch something! If that doesn’t work I’ll just mount it above the mantel 🔥 3) THE CATCH. I finally found a leather swivel chair buuuuut they only had one! This outlet store is where all of the showroom furniture goes (from around the country!) and the employee seemed pretty optimistic they would get another one! So I took a risk and got this one because it was on a BIG discount. Anyone know how to fix that cut tho 👀 It’s been so fun getting to design this space with you and I’m just so grateful y’all are part of 🕺🏼

Guess how many rats they found in the attic… For those of you that are new, a werk agoish I started renovating my kitchen and simultaneously found out my attic was “infested” with rats 🐀☠️🤮 It’s been a long week to say the least! (Mentally) Today, I had a ton of people come out and remove all the tile from the kitchen and hallway (that’s not a fun diy) and then the attic team was here removing all the insulation. They found THIRTEEN rats. 8 were skeletons ☠️ Make sire to follow me to see how this all turns out! Safe to say there’s literally no telling what might happen next lol

From major turn-off to major selling feature 😍 This house sat on the market for a long long time before I bought it, and I think a big reason for that was the dis functional tiny primary bathroom 🚽 After doing the demo, I decided to call in the pros with Right Remodeling who helped me do the major construction pieces I didn’t feel comfortable doing myself! They helped turn my big idea into reality and I literally cannot believe this is the same space!!! What do you think?!?!?!?

Floating shelf reveal 🥹 Seriously the last time I tried to build a shelf it took me three tries to do it 🤠 SO grateful I was able to make this one work on the first attempt (minus the weird gaps) and it looks SO GOOD in this space! Now that this is installed I can get started working on the backsplash! Make sure to follow me to see how the rest of the kitchen renovation turns out 🥳

Do you think the price was worth it?? The last time I tried to make a floating shelf it took me THREE attempts, so in that regards this was way cheaper ☠️🧀 Full tutorial linked in my bio 🥳
