First multi-hour print has started.
View is from the printer's internal camera.
This will be a set of desiccant holders for the AMS, which is the thing that holds the spools of filament that feed into the printer.
Filament is 3DHOJOR brand PETG clear.

The initial try resulted in me stopping the print because it didn’t use the filament I wanted it to use. οΏ½That was due to newbie error.
There's a place where you tell the software what filament is in the hardware, and while I set the project up correctly, I didn't realize I also had to set up the device data separately.

My Bambu filament swatch pack arrived today. I've ordered exactly one of these -- a translucent purple -- because the Bambu filament cost is fairly high compared to everything that's been on sale this past week. Remember Wrigley's DoubleMint gum? Double the flavor, double the fun?

Amazon had another one of their big sales, and of course I looked at the scrapbook papers. I found some lovely stuff.
Then I did the math, because .

Amazon stuff, on sale: $7 for 24 single-sided sheets of 6" paper (12 designs, 2 sheets each). That's $14 for 48, single-sided.
Today, $9 for the same package, meaning $18 for 48 sheets.

Stampin' Up's regular price for 6" paper is $12.50 for 48 sheets. That's a savings! And the sheets are all *double-sided* and you get ~double the fun~. Okay, lame joke, but I gotta admit I like having double the options with my paper! πŸ™‚

This one is in the Splendid Autumn set. Each sheet has a painterly scene on one side, and an abstract background-y design on the other side. Love these.
