Whether you’ve been to a session before or you’re completely new to it, Red Barn Farm is a beautiful place to slow down, settle in, and simply be.

Join us every Friday at 5:45 PM in our scenic back field. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the sounds do the rest. 🤍

The soft rustling of leaves… 🍃

That’s exactly what one of my favorite sound healing instruments reminds me of.

Sound healing uses soothing vibrations and calming tones to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space to simply slow down. Sometimes the most healing sounds aren’t loud or dramatic, but just loud enough to tickle your ear and senses.

Sound Healing is every Friday at 5:45pm nestled in our scenic back field, surrounded by nature.

This sound healing instrument always reminds me of my grandmother’s wind chimes.

Growing up, hearing them gently dance in the breeze meant slowing down for a moment and simply listening. Even now, this instrument carries that same feeling for me.

Maybe that’s why it’s one of my favorites. It has a way of bringing me back to those quiet moments and reminding me that sometimes the smallest sounds can bring the greatest sense of calm.
