Well, there was not a day 2 in Allentown Festival this year. We watched the weather all morning Sunday and decided to pack up Sunday morning to avoid the imminent thunder storms. At first it was a tough decision, however as soon as we were done with the 2.5 hr pack up, the rain was starting. I’ve seen several photos and videos of the devising destruction of tents and art. We made the right decision. Thank you again for everyone stopping by to say hi and spend some of their hard earned money on my Art. Hope to see you all again soon. Next stop: The Corn Hill Art Festival in Rochester, NY July 11-12th.

Allentown….. Day 2 today. It looks like it’s going to be a short day due to the forecasted weather.
DAy 1 was met with several challenges, totaled tent (My hero son brought me up the other 2 tents 1st thing, he said I shouldn’t call him crying again unless something serious happened. He didn’t say it like that, but that was the gist of it). With a full rack of ray, the rack decided to fail… I didn’t loose any pieces there as I caught it. There were a couple other things. BUT the shoppers came out to purchase some art. THANK YOU Allentown shoppers.

If you are heading to ANY festivals…..please consider paying with cash. THe internet is spotty which makes it hard to do transactions when the internet is not good. All vendors appreciate cash. 😀👍👍

Well, Allentown Festival did not start out well. We were told we could set up last night. we set up my brand new tent. It might have held up people hanging from it, but it could NOT withstand some dumb MF driving through it!!! I am devastated. Luckily, I did not hang my art.

I just had a new 10x20 sided tent delivered. I don’t plan on having anyone hang off the frame, but it appears they could. 👏👏

My 1st show of the year is NEXT weekend (June 13-14)
I will be set up on Allen St. booth -A75. I will be between Delaware and Franklin someplace 👏👏 I am looking forward to a great show, seeing some old friends have been looking for me for a couple years at Allentown and meeting some new friends.

Whilst thrifting I picked up the brand new wine rack. I am going to pour some resin and see how it comes out. It will make a beautiful gift for someone.
