🎉 A HUGE MILESTONE FOR LADD’S WINDOW CLEANING! 🎉
Yesterday was a pretty special day for Louis. After almost a year and a half of working as a server at Saltgrass Steak House while building Ladd’s Window Cleaning from the ground up, he worked his last shift.
That means he is officially 100% his own boss. 🥹
I have watched this man work incredibly hard to get here. He has put in the long days, learned new skills, knocked on doors, networked, answered calls, cleaned windows in the Texas heat, and kept pushing even when things were tough.
I couldn’t be more proud of his hard work, determination, and willingness to bet on himself. ❤️
