All custom orders must have a product use deposit. If you decide after the fact that you can no longer get the item, or no longer want it, after ordering then the deposit will be kept for loss of product. If you follow through with the sale and shipping the deposit will be deducted from the end total. If you pay for your item but do not pay for shipping then your item will be relisted after 30 days unshipped. Unfortunately we have had too many people already this year back out of buying items they ordered resulting in product loss and the need to relist and hope they sell to replenish the produducts used. As I do understand life happens I hope you all also understand I am not a company with mass production. It is just me. The product cost come from my pocket and all labor costs are already reduced so I end up losing everything and have items sit on the shelf. Last year my kindness was taken advantage of and a resulted in my inability to replenish my products which then resulted in my inability to do any more custom orders without taking more from my pocket. this year I'm not willing to do the same things and make the same mistakes.
