There was a time when I felt completely overwhelmed…

One of my kids had been asking for albóndigas soup all week… and today, I finally made it happen ❤️🍲

This soup is inspired by a traditional Mexican recipe, but I love making it my own. Sometimes I add white rice, other times garbanzo beans—it really depends on the mood. That’s the beauty of it… you can always adjust it to your taste.

But the most special ingredient? Chipotle chili 🌶️ My kids absolutely love it. It gives the soup that slightly tangy, smoky flavor that just warms your soul.

And now it’s so much easier to prepare, but made with the same love as always ❤️

Every time I make it, I’m taken back to my childhood—walking into my home after school and smelling my mom’s cooking, then sitting at the table as she served us a hot bowl of soup. Those memories live in every spoonful.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day… at least that’s what my mom used to tell me every single morning growing up.

Now I catch myself saying the same thing to my kids—especially on warm California mornings like this one. Today we kept it simple with a fresh melon and mango bowl, and I had a little idea to make it extra special—a creamy blend with yogurt and blended oats, topped with chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.

It turned into something fun, fresh, and just a little bit magical. The kind of breakfast that brings smiles, sticky fingers, and those little moments they’ll probably remember one day too.

Funny how the things our parents used to say stay with us… and become memories we get to recreate in our own way.

Today I made this delicious fideo soup, and it turned out amazing! Even better, it was prepared with the help of my Thermomix, making everything so easy and perfectly cooked.

A little about me ☕✨

There’s nothing I love more than starting my morning with a warm, creamy cup of coffee—the rich aroma, the smooth blend… it’s my daily moment of happiness.

But lately, regular milk hasn’t been agreeing with me, so I decided to try something new—and wow, I’m so glad I did! I started making my own almond milk at home, and it only takes 5 minutes. Just almonds, a couple of dates, a splash of vanilla… and the result? Absolutely delicious 😍

It’s naturally sweet, super creamy, and honestly takes my coffee to a whole new level.

Sometimes the smallest changes turn into the best discoveries 💛
