Story time:

More often than not, when I sell something, my customers will tell me the story that goes along with why they chose that piece. And it is probably my absolute FAVORITE part about in person shows and markets.

I had this piece for a hot minute and was wondering if I should just switch it out for something else since it wasn’t selling. Which, honestly, it does happen.

I had it with me at market one Saturday and I set it out for one last setup.

Sure enough, it sold!

And do you know who it went home with?

A four year old little boy who loves flowers and he told his mom he wanted it for his new room. 🥹😭🥰

Surround yourself with people who believe in you (especially when it’s hard to believe in yourself). 💕

While cleaning out my desk space I found an old notebook I used to bring with me to work, just in case I found the time. Eventually I stopped bringing it with me. But my husband always made sure it found its way back into my bag.

I would not be where I am at today without him cheering me on every step of the way: every crazy idea he is down for, any random supply or tool I want to try he invests in, any last minute craft show he just goes, ‘sure. When is it?’ And he is there.

Oh! And all the countless Hobby Lobby trips, too. 😅
