The last couple weeks have taken me down back roads, through tucked away barns, an old farm house, and hidden corners in search of pieces with history worth bringing home. These trips did not disappoint.
Many of the treasures finding their way into the shop are turn of the century Romanian antiques. Collected for their incredible hand-painted details, beautiful pottery glazes, and the kind of craftsmanship that turns even everyday wares into art. These are pieces made in a time when beauty and function lived hand in hand.
While early American primitives will always be at the heart of Antique Anthology, part of the joy is in the discovery; uncovering culture, craftsmanship, and stories from around the world and giving them a new chapter here.
Thats what keeps you coming back over and over again. Never quite knowing what waits around the next corner, but always bringing home something unforgettable.
