Italian Pasta Salad🥗

•8 oz rotini pasta
•6 oz salami
•6 oz pepperoni
•cherry tomatoes, quartered
•1/2 English cucumber diced
•1/2 red onion diced
•8 oz Colby jack cheese, cubed
•1/2 cup black sliced black olives
•1/2 cup roasted red peppers
•1 cup Italian dressing

Italian Sliders🍔

•12 pack kings Hawaiian rolls
•6 slices pepper jack cheese
•4 slices cooked ham
•12 slices pepperoni
•12 slices Genoa salami
•garlic butter for tops of rolls

Bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Chop lettuce, onion, tomato & pepperocinis in a bowl (as much as you like), add 1/4 cup mayo & mix together

Once cheese has melted and bread has toasted, remove from oven & top with lettuce mixture.

Classic Goulash🥫

•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 chopped onion
•1 tsp minced garlic
•1 lb ground beef
•15 oz beef broth
•15 oz tomato sauce
•15 oz can diced tomatoes
•1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
•1 tbsp seasoned salt
•2 tsp Italian seasoning
•1 tbsp paprika
•1/2 tsp black pepper
•2 cups elbow macaroni
•parsley for garnish
•Parmesan cheese to top
