🍪 O’ Tasty Cookies Ordering Information 🍪

To better serve my cookie friends , please review my ordering process below:

🚨ALL order inquiries must be sent via TEXT MESSAGE to 205-253-9763. 🚨

Facebook messages are not monitored regularly and may not receive a timely response.

⏰ Business Hours for Order Inquiries:
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed for inquiries
(Weekend responses will only be provided for scheduled order pickups.)

You will receive a response in a timely manner but please allow up to 24hrs for a response.

📝 When requesting a quote, please include:
• Your name
• Date of event
• Number of dozens needed
• Theme
• Colors
• Inspiration photos (if applicable)

📍 Pickup Information:
• Pickup is in the Hoover area unless you reside near Alabaster/ Calera area.
• A pickup date and time will be scheduled once your order is complete.

🍪 Order Requirements:
• Custom orders start at 1 dozen cookies.
• Inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

📅 Booking Policy:
• Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Your event date is not secured until the required deposit has been received.

💳 Payment Policy:
• A 50% non-refundable is required to secure your order date.
• The remaining balance is due the Sunday prior to pickup.
• Orders with unpaid balances will not be released.

🚫 Cash is not accepted.

Accepted payment methods:
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Invoice with payment link (for customers who prefer to pay with a debit or credit card)

Payment information and/or an invoice will be provided once your order has been booked.
