Cutting Board Care.
❌️Never put in a dishwasher.
✅️Handwash only
❌️Never lay flat to dry after washing, restricts air contact to the surface touching the counter or table. Will cause warping/cupping/twisting.
✅️Air dry with the Board upright, for maximum air flow.
❌️Never apply a finish that is not food safe. Ex: stains, polyurethane, varnish.
✅️After completely DRY, Apply food safe finish such as, Mineral Oil or a commercially made Cutting Board treatment. Ex. Howard's Butcher Block conditioner, Walrus Oil.
✅️With the Board upright, Let absorb a few hours or overnight, wipe away the excess.
