Come see me this Saturday, Peeps. Did you know that the weaving loops I use exclusively are not only US-made in New Hampshire, but they are crafted from upcycled cotton fibers. I think that is pretty cool.

This event will feature Rodale Institute’s certified organic vegetable, herb, and flower starts—favorites such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lavender, and zinnias. And this year, we’re expanding our selection of ornamentals and perennials designed to attract pollinators and add beauty and diversity to your garden.

Visitors can shop for their seedlings in and around the greenhouse, where our resident plant experts will be on hand to answer questions and offer suggestions, and can pick up their plants using our convenient drive-through option—new this year! Attendees can also browse goods from local vendors, purchase lunch or snacks from visiting food trucks, and enjoy self-guided walking tours of the farm.

Last Saturday, I ended up with a challenge. But with some help from Amazon Prime and some "found" colors in my stash, I've been able to make a pair of nearly matching potholders to the hot pad I had in my show's inventory. Close enough don't ya think?

Anybody in the Blandon/Fleetwood/Kutztown area looking for a last-minute gift or two or three? If you would commit to at least a $15 or more sale, I'd give you door-to-door service with my current inventory. Still have some Christmas items and Eagles-inspired big coasters (aka potholders) and trivets/hot pads among other assorted colorways. My 100% cotton US-made items make great hostess gifts and good Thank You's for Home Health workers.

It IS December so Christmas will be here before we know it. Potholders/coasters and trivets/hot pads make such nice Hostess gifts that can be used right away for all the yummy items that will surely be served up.

It's still Fall Y'All and Thanksgiving is coming fast. A good time to update those old potholders and hot pads for yourself or as a hostess gift to bring along for the big day celebration.
