I’ve had this knife for a while, but the sheath it came with wasn’t great and the belt loop broke on me a few months ago. Happened to be looking through some material I had but had never used and forgot I had a full grain leather that wasn’t my favorite for hats. So I decided to draw up a template for a scout style sheath and used my laser to cut the two sides and a welt. I also had the laser cut holes for the stitching so I didn’t have to fight the leather to sew. Some cutting and hand stitching later, and I have a nice, full leather, scout sheath that is exactly what I wanted.

With two lasers, I can run larger projects and smaller projects at the same time. While doing work on a sign for a client, I was also able to engrave a child’s message for Mother’s Day onto a military style tag.
