Need a good bed without a big budget? Maybe it's for the guest room before family shows up for the holidays, a kid moving out of a twin, or a first apartment.

The DreamCloud Classic Hybrid 4.0 is a real hybrid (memory foam over individually wrapped coils) with a cooling quilted cover and reinforced edges. Medium feel, so it works for most sleepers.

Twin $399 · Queen $699 · King $899

Free delivery within 10 miles of the store ($4/mile beyond that). We can also set it up, and haul away and dispose of your old mattress, for an extra charge. The Queen and King are over the $599 minimum, so they qualify for 12 months no interest on purchases of $599+ with approved credit, see store for details.

One reviewer said we "outdid the competition by a mile." Come try it in Boise or Meridian. It's on the floor at both stores, and we're open until 6 today.

How many pillows do you stack behind you to read or watch TV in bed? If the answer is "all of them," this one's for you.

The BT3000 adjustable base lets you raise the head of the bed by remote, so you can sit up to read, scroll, or watch a show and then lie flat again when you're done. No more pillow fort sliding down the headboard. It pairs with a lot of the mattresses on our floor, and we can tell you which ones work best with it.

BT3000, Queen $1,399 (sizes from $1,299). 12 months no interest on purchases of $599+ with approved credit, see store for details.

Come press the buttons yourself in Boise or Meridian. It's on the floor at both stores, and we're open until 7 tonight. It takes about ten seconds to see whether you want one.

The furnace kicks on in October and suddenly you're kicking the covers off at 2 a.m. If you sleep hot, these are the three beds we'd have you start with. All three are built to stay cooler, and each one handles it a different way:

Helix Midnight Luxe (medium). One of our best sellers. GlacioTex cooling cover that pulls heat away from your body, a plush pillow top, and zoned lumbar coils. A good fit for side sleepers and hot sleepers. On sale, Queen $1,874.

Brooklyn Bedding ThermoBalance LX Hybrid Firm (firm). ThermoCool cover, ThermoPhase foam that absorbs and releases heat, copper-infused memory foam, and Talalay latex. For back and stomach sleepers who don't want to sink in. On sale, Queen $1,899.

Casper Snow (medium, hybrid). This one is built entirely around cooling: a cool-to-the-touch cover, a phase change layer that captures heat, and three HeatDelete bands that pull warmth away from your body. Zoned memory foam sits softer under your shoulders and firmer under your hips. Queen $2,720, with 12 months no interest on purchases of $599+ with approved credit, see store for details. Try it in Boise or Meridian.

Lie on all three back to back in Boise or Meridian. You'll know which one is yours pretty quickly.

From one of our recent Google reviews: "tried literally every mattress… asked a million questions."

That's exactly how we hope people shop here. Five minutes lying on a bed tells you more than any spec sheet, and there's no such thing as too many questions. Steve, Adin, Parker and Ian would all rather you leave sure than leave fast.

If you've been putting off mattress shopping because you hate the hard sell, come see us in Boise or Meridian. Take your time and try as many as you want.

And thank you to everyone who's left us a review. It means a lot to a local, family-run shop.

On the floor this week: the Helix Midnight Elite.

Here's what sets it apart from a standard hybrid:
- 16 inches tall with a medium feel
- Zoned lumbar coil system (up to 2,304 individually wrapped coils), with extra support under your lower back
- GlacioTex Elite cooling cover, made for people who wake up warm
- Foam-reinforced edges, so sitting on the side of the bed to put your socks on doesn't feel like sliding off

It's on sale now: Queen $2,799, other sizes from $1,836. We also offer 12 months no interest on purchases of $599+ with approved credit, see store for details.

Helix is one of the brands we get asked about most, and you can lie on it as long as you like before you spend a dollar. Come try it in Boise or Meridian.

Myth we hear almost every week: "My back hurts, so I need the firmest mattress you've got."

Not always. If a bed is too firm, your shoulders and hips can't sink in, so your spine ends up bent instead of straight. If it's too soft, your hips sag. What tends to help is support in the right places. A lot of newer hybrids use zoned coils that are firmer under your lower back and a little softer under your shoulders. Our best sellers, the Helix Luxe hybrids, are built exactly this way, and you can try all three in store: the Twilight Luxe (firm, for back and stomach sleepers), the Midnight Luxe (medium, great for side sleepers), and the Sunset Luxe (soft and plush). Queen $1,874 on sale.

Reading spec sheets won't settle it. Lying on a few beds will. We have 40+ mattresses on the floor between Boise and Meridian. Lie on your side or back the way you actually sleep, give it a few minutes, and we'll look at your alignment and point you to two or three to compare. No pressure, no rush. We're open until 7 p.m. on weekdays, so it works fine after work.
