LAMP painting is a fun creative process which combines painting with a transformative process called L.A.M.P. which stands for Lighting All Mind Possibilities. This playshop is designed for people who have never painted before, although experienced painters also find it transformative. The LAMP process essentially dissolves and transforms limiting core beliefs along with the paradoxical emotions s

uch as fear, anger, depression and guilt that keep one stuck in suffering emotionally, mentally and physically. Painting is one of the most powerful and catalytic activities that you can do to deal with stress, trauma and unhappiness or to just find greater peace and meaning in your life. When you paint or do any creative process it re-wires neurons in your brain so that you automatically start taking inspired action to create the life you want. The painting process is just a way to allow you to practice creating change. The LAMP experience combined with the creative painting process is the fast path to help bring relief to anyone who may be suffering emotionally, physically and mentally...aren't we all in some way? Or anyone who wants to quiet their mind and create more peace in their life. During each play-shop we paint along step by step in a fun and carefree way that feels safe and nurturing. Most of my “artists” have never painted before and everyone goes home from each two and a half hour session with a completed painting.
