Designer / Flooring Sales & Project Coordinator WANTED

Job Description
Bossier Design & Flooring is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Design & Flooring Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can confidently manage projects from start to finish while helping customers create beautiful spaces that fit their style, needs, and budget.
The ideal candidate must have experience in interior design ,flooring sales, material ordering, and customer service. This person should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to guide customers through every step of the process — from product selection and design ideas to ordering materials and coordinating installation.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flooring and interior design selections
Help clients design spaces that fit their vision and budget
Order materials and track inventory and deliveries
Coordinate projects from beginning to completion
Communicate with customers, installers, and vendors
Measure, quote, and prepare estimates when needed
Maintain showroom organization and product displays
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire project

Requirements:
Previous experience in interior design, flooring, home remodeling, or related field is REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of flooring products and design trends
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Experience with ordering materials and working with vendors

We want someone who can truly take care of the customer from top to bottom — someone who is confident helping with design decisions, product selection, ordering, scheduling, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
