During Covid, like everybody else, I started finding ways to occupy myself and I decided to learn how to make candles! I Quickly realized two things; I truly enjoyed it, and the process was INCREDIBLY healing and therapeutic for me. Over time, HSA Candles by Angels For Aja was born! HSA Candles is a Part of a larger Umbrella. In October of 2014, I created an Organization called Angels For Aja that

is dedicated to Domestic Violence Awareness and Education, after the June 2014 Murder of my 23 Year Old Daughter, Aja Dawn Robinson in Columbia, South Carolina. I am working to ultimately obtain Non-Profit Status for the Organization. Also included under this umbrella is my newer venture, HSA Accessories, with hand crafted Bowties, Hairbows and handsewn Bags. A major part of the HSA Candle Mission and Vision is to Create Memorial Candles with Mothers that have lost a Loved One to Domestic Violence or to Violence. They always have the most amazing folks in attendance!!! I always spend as much time talking as I do working 😂
