🥐 1. Croissants
Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
• 2 1/4 tsp yeast
• 1/2 cup (120ml) warm milk
• 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter (cold)
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast. Add warm milk and form dough.
2. Knead 8–10 minutes, rest 1 hour.
3. Roll dough, place butter slab inside, fold and roll (laminate 3 times).
4. Chill between folds (30 min each).
5. Shape triangles → roll into croissants.
6. Proof 1 hour, brush with egg.
7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15–18 minutes.
🍫 2. Chocolate Éclairs
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 100g chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
1. Boil water + butter, add flour, stir till thick.
2. Cool slightly, mix in eggs one by one.
3. Pipe long shapes on tray.
4. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
5. Cool, fill with whipped cream.
6. Dip tops in melted chocolate.
🍓 3. Danish Pastries
Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp yeast
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter
• Fruit jam or custard
Instructions:
1. Make soft dough with flour, sugar, yeast, milk.
2. Rest 1 hour.
3. Roll and laminate with butter.
4. Shape squares, add filling in center.
5. Proof 30–40 min.
6. Bake at 190°C for 15–18 minutes.
🍥 4. Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Make dough and let rise 1 hour.
2. Roll flat, spread butter + sugar + cinnamon.
3. Roll tightly, cut slices.
4. Place in pan, proof 30 min.
5. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
6. Add icing if desired.
🍬 5. Macarons
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 egg whites
• 1/4 cup sugar
• Food coloring
Instructions:
1. Whip egg whites + sugar until stiff peaks.
2. Fold in almond flour + powdered sugar.
3. Pipe small circles.
4. Rest 30–40 min (forms skin).
5. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
6. Fill with cream or ganache.
🍏 6. Apple Turnovers
Ingredients:
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 2 apples (diced)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Cook apples + sugar + cinnamon until soft.
2. Cut pastry squares, add filling.
3. Fold and seal edges.
4. Brush with egg.
5. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
🍋 7. Lemon Tarts
Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Make tart dough, press into molds.
2. Bake shells at 180°C for 15 minutes.
3. Mix yolks, sugar, lemon juice → cook till thick.
4. Fill shells and chill.
🍮 8. Cream Puffs
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Cook water + butter + flour.
2. Add eggs one by one.
3. Pipe small rounds.
4. Bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes.
5. Fill with cream.
🍓 9. Raspberry Scones
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 cup raspberries
Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Add cream + raspberries.
4. Shape dough, cut triangles.
5. Bake at 200°C for 15–18 minutes.
