Not all eggs are created equal and duck eggs are seriously underrated. 🥚
Here's what most people don't know: duck eggs have more protein, more omega-3s, and a larger yolk than chicken eggs. The whites are also thicker which means they whip better and make your baked goods rise higher and taste richer. Bakers actually seek them out for this reason.
Now add farm fresh to that equation and it's a whole different story. Store bought eggs can sit in a warehouse for up to 45 days before they even hit the shelf. Our ducks are outside every single day, foraging, swimming, living well. That directly affects the nutrition and the flavor of every single egg.
Crack one open next to a store bought egg and you'll see it immediately. The yolk is deeper orange (which means more nutrients and better flavor), stands taller, and the taste is just… better.
