Most small businesses aren’t giant corporations.

They’re moms answering calls during school pickup.
They’re owners doing payroll at midnight.
They’re people who bet on themselves and are still figuring it out as they go.

For me it’s AirPods in, running a glass company nobody expected a woman to own, calling my son in the middle of a customer conversation to catch him before his sugar drops under 50. Customers are probably thinking “is she crazy?” 😂

Today honestly feels foggy and unfocused. And I’m posting this anyway. I think sometimes "WHY DO I ADD STRESS TO MYSELF?" Oh that's right because I can make some type of impact.

Because I think there are a lot of us out there - women just trying their best on the days that feel hard. Showing up even when everything feels sideways. Still hitting that 6:22am alarm even when we don’t want to.

Still running crews. Still writing quotes. Still keeping it together while probably failing in multiple areas at the exact same time.

And still believing in what a difference a little light through a window can make. 🪟
