Mediterranean Tapas Board with Grilled Veggies

Ingredients:

1 cup hummus

1 cup tzatziki

1 cup marinated olives

1 cup roasted red peppers

1 cup feta cheese, cubed

Β½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

1 cup grape leaves (dolmas)

1 cucumber, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 zucchini, sliced and grilled

1 eggplant, sliced and grilled

1 red bell pepper, grilled

1 yellow bell pepper, grilled

Warm pita bread or flatbreads, cut into wedges

Directions:

Grill zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers until tender and lightly charred.

On a large serving board, arrange hummus, tzatziki, olives, roasted peppers, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, dolmas, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.

Add the grilled veggies in clusters around the board.

Serve with warm pita wedges for dipping.
