Been busy building away and hardly posting so it's time to share! Here at Joyful Vans, I take on everything from full builds to punch sheets of small projects. This client had just bought a fully built out rig, but she wanted some things changed and some things fixed.
Step one - eliminate the stove-sink combo (not pictured, but you can see the hole from after I removed it) and install a more appealing counter. The client grabbed this old table top off marketplace, and I cut off a side, then cut it to size, and added the new and improved sink. Client doesn't cook a lot and just wants to use a small stove on the counter when she does.
She asked for a bookshelf, and utilizing the scraps from the other side of the table I customized one to fit above the sliding door. I love how the counter and bookshelf look together 😍
Other things I fixed on her punch list:
✅ Diesel heater diagnosis and fix
✅ Hot water diagnosis and fix
✅ Tire mount added for extra fuel on the back
✅ Broken switch was replaced
✅ Drawer catch fix
✅ Cabinet pneumatic lift arm fix
