Dear Friends and Supporters,
Happy 1st Anniversary!

Sorry for the long post!

As I sit down to reflect on this incredible year, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion. One year ago, I took a leap of faith—stepping into ownership of Motley Home and embarking on the beautiful, wild journey of creating White Barn Events. I never imagined just how transformative, humbling, and joy-filled this year would be.
To our amazing community: thank you. Your unwavering support, kind words, and encouragement have meant the world to me. From day one, you welcomed me with open arms and reminded me why I took this leap in the first place. Every visit to Motley Home, every like, share, and conversation, helped breathe life into this dream and made me believe in the magic of community.
To the phenomenal vendors I’ve had the honor of working with: you’ve truly become part of my story. Your talent, drive, and generosity have inspired me daily. You’ve shown up—not just professionally, but with heart. Whether through collaboration, creative brainstorming, or those moments of pep talks and shared coffee—you have pushed me forward and lifted me higher. I am endlessly grateful.

And to my dear friend Emily Price. Thank you doesn’t feel like enough. Your trust in passing the torch, your guidance in moments of uncertainty, and your steadfast friendship have been my anchor. You’ve stood by my side through the learning curves and growing pains with such grace and support. I’m so honored to continue the vision you began and to walk this path with your encouragement always behind me.

Building White Barn Events has been a labor of love—a vision crafted with hope, creativity, and a desire to offer a space where memories are made and stories begin. Watching it come to life, alongside such passionate and gifted people, has been nothing short of amazing.
This first year has taught me to trust the process, embrace the mess, and celebrate every small victory. It has also reminded me that none of this is possible alone. So, from the bottom of my heart: thank you for being part of this journey. I’m so proud of what we’ve created together—and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds.
