It looks like it's going to be cloudy and a little windy but not raining so I am planning on being at the Burnham Sovereign Market tomorrow from 10-1p.m.

We had a new baby calf born on Monday so we have extra. I will have 6 quarts and 1 half gallon of fresh grass fed raw milk with me.

Along with lots of tomato seedlings!!
I have three varieties; roma, cherry & yellow pear. They are available in 1, 2 and 4 packs.

I will also have our beef tallow soap as well as my artwork and crocheted creations.✌️❀️😊

My newest creation and I'm calling it the Peace & Love Poncho!!✌️❀️

I've been starting seedlings for my garden for several weeks now. I started extra seedlings with anticipation for the market and and a plant/seed swap coming up.🌱

This Saturday for the opening day of the Burnham Sovereign Market I will have some of these seedlings with me.

I have LOTS of roma tomato seedlings in 4 packs and singles. I also will have several cherry tomato seedlings in singles.

For future markets I will also have yellow pear tomato seedlings as well as broccoli seedlings. All these seedlings are grown organically with our own cow p**p mix, so there may be some grass seeds popping up! They were also all started from organic, heirloom and non GMO seeds.

My starter plant pots are also not very fancy or new because I was originally starting these for my own personal garden. But the pots are all reused and repurposed, so that's a bonus for me!

Can't wait for the opening day of the market on the 16th and hope to see everyone there!!!✌️❀️😊

We made so much beef tallow soap last year that we still have some left over and I've consolidated it all into one box. This is what I'll have with me at the first few markets. They are all lightly scented with vanilla citrus and in a variety of colors and designs.
We will be working on refilling the other soap box with a new batch of our homemade for homeschool on our homestead beef tallow soap.✌️❀️😊

Last summer my friend Andrya petitioned to make our town of Burnham food sovereign with much success. This year I'm excited to announce she has started the Burnham Sovereign Market!!πŸŽ‰

I'm planning on being there for the first market but not with our milk yet because we don't have any extra. We have to wait until our spring calves are born at the end of the month and beginning of June before we will have extra. That also depends on milking two first year heifers because this is their first baby and they have to be trained to be milked.πŸ₯›πŸ„

For the first market however I will still have our homestead homemade beef tallow soap, some vegetable seedlings I've been working on starting as well as all the crochet work and artwork that I make.✌️❀️😁

The Burnham Sovereign Market is also a private market, so you have to be a member to participate. If you're interested please give it a follow to find out how. I'll also be sending out invites to those that are interested in participating. I'm excited to see everyone there at our first market!!!🌱

My Dark Side of the Moon hoodie that I finished at the end of March. It's also another one of my favorites!! I have a friend that's very interested in it, so I'm not sure how much longer it'll be hanging around. Guess I'll have to start another eye catcher for markets!!!🀩🌈✨

It's been awhile but I'm still here creating!! I've had a busier winter than usual and I've been working on bigger projects that have been slow to finish. This is one I finished the beginning of March and also one of my favorites.🀍
Well, I usually don't do this but this winter I ended up starting several different crochet projects. Only because I kept running out of yarn and put off going to buy more for a couple months. Once I finally got around to buying more yarn, I was then given two huge bags of it within weeks of each other. A big thank you to those who gifted me the much appreciated yarn!!
Some of that yarn helped me finish this half started project. The colors remind me of an owl on this oversized hoodie and the first one I've put cuffs on the sleeves. Having it on is like wearing a blanket and I'm not sure if I'll be able to part with this one!🩢
I'm still trying to figure out what I'll be doing for the 2026 market season. Last year was pretty discouraging and Countryside Makers and Crafters has been dismantled. I could have still set up at the alpaca farm but I felt it just wasn't the right fit for me and my whole vibe. I'm thinking about joining our new Burnham Sovereign Market now that my home town is food sovereign. But all I have to offer for food is our homestead milk and I'm still on the fence about that. I'm also thinking about doing a few pop ups here and there, so please keep an eye out for future posts to find out where I'll be throughout the summer. As always a huge thank you to every one of you that has followed and supported me in all my creative endeavors!!✌️❀️😊

My newest spiral sweater is made of mostly vintage yarn I found at Goodwill. I've been working on it at every market I've attended this summer. I love how it came out and not sure if I will ever be able to part with it!✌️🧑😁

I'll be back at the alpaca farm in Unity on Saturday, hope to see you there!!!

Not setting up this weekend for the Common Ground Fair. I decided to take it off to restock some favorite items that have found new homes over the summer.✌️❀️😊

The spiderwebs I've been learning how to make this week. The first three are hair wraps and the round one I'm not quite sure yet. But I'm thinking I'm going to make it into something wearable.πŸ•ΈοΈπŸ•·οΈπŸ•ΈοΈ
Looks like a beautiful Saturday this weekend, so I'll be set up at the alpaca farm in Unity. Hope to see you there!!✌️❀️😁
