ππ§ Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken π₯π₯
Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy, melty filling and wrapped in a crispy bacon weaveβrich, smoky, and downright irresistible from the first bite to the last.

Ingredients:
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 12β16 slices bacon
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
4. Stuff each chicken breast generously with the cream cheese mixture.
5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and paprika.
6. Lay out bacon strips in a woven pattern (over-under) to form a rectangle for each breast.
7. Place stuffed chicken on the bacon weave and wrap tightly around each piece.
8. Lightly brush with olive oil and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
9. Bake for 35β40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
10. Broil for 2β3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness if needed.

Secure the bacon weave with toothpicks before baking to keep everything tight and ensure that perfect crispy wrap all around!
