**Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Recipe**
**Ingredients:**
- 2 zucchini
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- Olive oil, for frying
**Instructions:**
**Prepare the Zucchini:**
1. Cut the zucchini into rounds or sticks. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Allow to sit for a few minutes to draw out excess moisture. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
**Prepare the Coating:**
1. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and flour.
